Payment Policy

HMS Consulting Group


Tax Preparation Payment Policy & Deposit Agreement

Thank you for choosing HMS Consulting Group for your tax preparation and consulting needs. To ensure efficient service and secure your place in our schedule, a deposit is required prior to beginning any tax preparation services.


Deposit Requirement

A $125 deposit is required to initiate your tax preparation services.

This deposit reserves your appointment and secures processing time

The deposit will be applied toward your total tax preparation fee

Tax preparation services will not begin until the deposit is received


Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due upon completion of your tax return and prior to filing

Returns will not be filed or released until the account balance is paid in full

Payments accepted: Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Electronic Transfer, or other approved methods

Cancellations or Service Changes

If you choose not to proceed with services, please notify us as soon as possible

Any work completed prior to cancellation may be billed accordingly


Client Responsibilities

To help us serve you efficiently, clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete documentation

Submit requested information in a timely manner

Respond promptly to communications regarding their return
